Thank you for coming to this booking site today. I am working over the holidays doing RMT at One Branch Therapeutic Wellness.

I am currently in transition, as One Branch in Sechelt will be moving next door at the end of the month, and I will be working solely from that space as of 2026.

Please note that I am at both Sechelt and Gibsons locations over the next two weeks as I am in transition.

Please note that if you are new to me, I do not do deep tissue massage. My approach is mindful and I treat the whole person based on the bio-psycho-social model of healthcare and evidence-based practice.

Francesca offers mindful treatment grounded in evidence-based practice; therapeutic massage honouring the whole person. Sessions gently encourage free-flowing breath and sustained mindful relaxation throughout the treatment. A considered blend of osteopathic techniques, cranial-sacral work, warm oil deep-flow massage, myofascial trigger-point release, attachment release, compressions and gentle rockings is applied, using moderate, attuned pressure.

Francesca has been registered since 2004. She is also a long time yoga teacher/ therapist (500hr), and an ayurvedic practitioner.
